West Ham United are set to add to their backroom team at the beginning of February with the signing of Maximilian Hahn from Werder Bremen.
That’s according to BILD, who say the 28-year-old is set to move to the London Stadium as their head of technical scouting and analysis.

Obviously good news and I agree that Steidten is, or could certainly become, the most important individual at the club.
This news doesn't mean that he won't have his head turned elsewhere though. If he continues to be messed around by Sullivan (and Moyes) then I can't see him hanging around long.
